Returns & Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
How to Return To start a return, please contact us via our contact page with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging where possible.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items Please note that original artworks or bespoke/custom pieces may be non-returnable unless faulty. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
