Pricing by size

Pricing below is based on standard ready-made canvas sizes, so quoting is straightforward whether you're picking a size off the shelf or asking for something a little different.

Small (~30 x 40cm): £550–£750

Medium (~40 x 60cm): £850–£1,100

Large (~60 x 90cm): £1,400–£1,800

Extra Large (~75 x 100cm): £1,700–£2,200

Large-format (~100 x 150cm to 120 x 150cm): £2,600–£3,700

Anything larger, or a non-standard/custom size in between, is priced according to where it falls on this scale by surface area rather than a fixed bracket.

Oil offers more depth, texture, and complexity, and sits toward the top of these ranges; gouache commissions are typically priced toward the lower end.

Commissioning multiple pieces

Commissioning more than one painting at once (a matching pair, a triptych, a series)? Let me know and I'm happy to offer a small discount on the total.

Payment

50% of the total commission price is due before I begin work, with the remaining 50% invoiced upon completion.

Once you get in touch, we'll talk through size, subject, and composition together so the final piece feels true to your vision.

I send an agreement for mutual protection and assurance. Once the initial payment is received, I will beginwork and share progress as the painting develops, right through to completion.
